After any unsuccessful delivery, you will be left a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest courier depot. The goods will then be held at this depot for a certain amount of time to allow you to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned to Total Black. You will receive an email advising you of this. If we do not receive any contact from you regarding this order within a further five days of receiving the email, the payment will be automatically refunded minus any delivery charge and the return delivery charge.
